In January of 1996 (the bead
making years), I was filling an order for 200 little babies of
the world. I was making adorable hand detailed babies in every
flesh tone imaginable. I was so busy making these babies that
I was making them in my dreams at night. I was cuted out, so
I decided to try and make something ugly, or at least strange,
anything but cute.
The
little droplet with a face came easily and fully developed, even
with a name. Thus the Acid Raindrop was born. I have not been
able to decide if their mutated because of acid rain or if they
are raindrops on acid. Either way, let the acid raindrops express
those inner feelings that perhaps are not politically correct
or appropriate for the moment.
